Principle of Operation
Dusty gas enters into chamber fromgas inlet to the ash hopper through the open flange outlet, after the purification of bag filter,dusty gas goes into the net gas chamber and then it is discharged by fan. Dust is attached to the outer surface, and the resistance increases gradually, so that the resistance of bag filter dust collectorincreases as well. Inorder that resistance of device does not exceed 1200Pa, the equipment can work continuously, dust which attached to bag filter needs to be regularly removed.
Principal of cleaning up dust: Program controller successively start pulse valve at a fixed time, then compressed air(0.5~0.7MPa) squirts from spray orifice and enter into filter bag, leading to a dramatic expansion of the filter bag. Because of the effect of reverse, the dust attaching on the surface of the filter bag will enter into ash hopper (or ash bin) and be removed through dust valve so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
